About Sigma Nutrition

Founded in early 2014 by Danny Lennon, Sigma Nutrition is dedicated to providing objective, high-quality, evidence-based information on nutrition and health science.

Our mission is to serve as a trusted resource for dietitians, nutritionists, health and fitness professionals, researchers, and anyone deeply interested in the science of nutrition.

Through a diverse range of educational materials—including written articles (such as our signature Sigma Statements), lectures, seminars, and our flagship podcast, Sigma Nutrition Radio—we aim to bridge the gap between cutting-edge scientific research and practical application.

Since its launch in April 2014, the podcast has featured world-class experts and has become a go-to source for those seeking thoughtful, evidence-driven discussions on nutrition and health topics.
